Tell your catcher to tag the batter after strike three if she did not catch strike 3 or even if it may have appeared that she didn't catch it. If she caught strike 3, tell her to throw it around the IF or roll it into the circle after the 3rd out.
Your catcher needs to get this early. If she is influenced by fans and opposing coaches when she gets to HS, she won't play. The umpires do exactly what they are supposed to do.

My 10U DD has this figured out in rec ball. Its not that tough.....8u? Maybe but still.
