New inning starts no batters have come to the plate. Pitchers steps onto the pitcher's plate with no batter in the box. Batter takes a long time to get into the box. Pitcher steps off the plate backwards after bringing her hands together before the batter steps into the box. Umpire calls an illegal pitch.
