I suspect not the proper ruling here? Should be batter out, runner returns to 2nd correct?
If the batter did anything to interfere, then it is INT. If the batter just stood there, it is nothing. If it was INT, the batter should be declared out and all runners returned to the last base touched at the time of the INT.
