by AZ Bomber » Sun Aug 29, 2010 7:07 pm

I heard somehow, somewhere....that Dynasty97-Lawton were going to be CM Cobras 14u. Any truth to that?

Interesting news. Dynasty truly was a terrific team and should do very well at 14U regardless of team name. Did the older Dyanasty team also change names? And was this just a name change or is there a parent Cobra organization that Lawton joined? Good luck as Cobras either way.

The CM Cobras is run by Corey Myers. I heard the 16u Dynasty team folded, but I could be totally wrong, was just here say.

Yes good move for Dynasty. Hopefully they can rebuild from some big player movements & losses that have happened.

One of their best pitchers is stepping away from the game for a while. No one knows how long.
Starting 3B has had shoulder surgery and will be out for a few months.
Their best hitter went to Team Arizona.

I am sure they have reloaded and much is expected of them when they start up again.

Wow really! The best 97 in all of Arizona? Quite a big statement considering the likes of the kid who played for 14u Saints all last year as a 97 (& started) and not to mention the 97 from Az Stealth who also played in 14u all last season. Then there are the likes of the twins from Team Arizona. Dont get me wrong she is talented and good but the best 97 in Arizona? She wasnt even the best hitter or pitcher on her own team last year.
