Would USFA be Welcome in AZ?

by USFA » Wed Jan 27, 2010 9:56 am

ARE YOU TIRED OF JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS JUST TO PLAY A GAME OF SOFTBALL?

ARE YOU TIRED OF PEOPLE CHARGING YOU MORE IF YOU DON’T STAY IN THEIR HOTELS?

If so then USFA IS FOR YOU

We are the most Team friendly, Coach friendly, and Girl friendly Organization in the country.
We are the Can Do organization. We are also the only organization in the country (that we know of) that actually emails everyone involved (coaches, girls, and parents) to ask what can we do to better serve you. We ask coaches what rules they want instead of saying play by our rules or don’t play at all. Our rule book is 12 pages long as we are only girl’s Fastpitch.

Some differences between USFA and other organizations:

• USFA is participation oriented.
• No travel permits required.
• Pick up players permitted.
• Easy to qualify for nationals by playing in any USFA sanctioned event this year.
• Rules requested by coaches that we play by even in championship play:
-Bat 12 girls with free substitution of the batting order
-13 players are allowed by utilizing the defo
-Courtesy runner for pitcher and catcher is last batted out
• World Series Tournament is in Panama City Beach, Florida every year (448 teams signed up for 2009).
• Our Web Site allows posting of Tournaments and Shows the # of teams entered and is easy to get around in. Check it out www.usfastpitch.com
• Regional National Tournaments are in Mesquite TX, Gulfport MS, and Carlsbad NM. (This year Carlsbad has opted to run a 10 Game Guaranteed Tournament instead of a National event). We are looking for a location west of Texas to Host a National Event.
• We are seeking directors and teams to Host tournaments in NM, West TX, AZ., and CO.
