Howard Bancroft is a Manager in the Texas Elite organization and his 19 year old daughter, Kendra, is in the hospital, she underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor on Monday but during the proceedure they ran into some complications and had to do a second operation to try and remove the remaining part of the tumor on Wednesday evening at 6pm. She is at Presbyterian Hospital in Plano, TX.
