What's on your mind?

I would agree, especially for newer or younger teams who need to get some live game experience. You can drill them all you want at practice...they need the pressure of game situations to really hone their decision making skills (as well as fielding, batting skills, etc)

And it is too bad some people cannot just take that for what it's worth. (refering back to coaches getting ejected from friendlies) I could understand a stronger team not maybe having as much to gain (no one REALLY gains in a completely lopsided game) our coach tries to schedule friendlies with teams that are as evenly matched as possible...not always easy to do.

Here is a question...waht if you have a coach that refuses to schedule friendlies at all? I know it is not a requirement or anything, but why not take advatange of the experience?
