Opinion on talent?

Due to the high number of watered down teams that came into play in the 2017 class and beyond, It's been said the 2016 Softball Class is the last with overall talent. What do you think and why?

Since the trend in college recruiting is now finding "studs" in Jr. High, I'm not sure this premise is true, Who said it, anyway?
