Strange Helmet Question

Update on the helmet. I have been "designated" well ok, I volunteered, to add the foam in to some of our girls helmets as described by Bruwinfan. Today I got a response back from Worth/Rawlings that stated this:

Good morning, we will be having an insert for the liberty helmet available the end of march or beginning of April. If you would like to order the insert you can call me at the number
below until 4:oo central time, Monday thru Friday.
