WHERE TO PLAY AFTER SECOND YEAR 14U
1 - TRYOUT FOR A 16U TEAM?
2 - TRYOUT FOR A 18U TEAM?
When many work together for a goal... great things may be accomplished!!!

Depends on if your DD is verbally committed. If she is not, and her goal is a college scholarship, she is probably better off playing on a competitive 16 u team, as it seems that is where the bulk of the recruiting takes place. JMO

Yep, this is one of the many mistakes I made. And to compound things DD played 18's starting in her 2nd year of 14U

Oops.

I agree with the previous answers for here in the west with the only exception being an extraordinary player that can be an impact player on an elite 18U team. Otherwise, the correct answer varies somewhat regionally.

Yep...yet another mistake I made.

Even if you're not sure if your DD can make it on an elite team (at any level), have her at least try out and know for sure. D'oh! :o
