What's on your mind?

I was not naming names or teams here on purpose. This question was about a player in a tough situation. Thank you to those who have answered kindly, I appreciate your help.

I see no hope for the future of our people if they are dependent on the frivolous youth of today, for certainly all youth are reckless beyond words.

ELITECOACH wrote:........and this coming from the famous player stealing Cyclone coach. What it all boils down to is that all players dont mesh with different coaches styles (OR) other players abilities. In travel ball, there is NO CONTRACT PERIOD! If you are unhappy with your daughters playing time or coaching style= LEAVE! What happens is that parents know their players ability from the begining of joing a team and try to make excuses for their child and blame the coach or other players they don't get along with. Do you think High School and College coaches arent rough on their players and demand excellence from them? Stop babying your child and place them back into rec ball if TB is too much pressure for your child. Guess what? Life is filled with PRESSURE, so teach them now and make it easier on the next coach that will sculpt your child into tomorrow's player. Perspective from a coach!!

Because of course we all know the coach is never the problem. It's always the player or parent.
