You will learn “16 takeaway strategies” and “12 proven action steps” you can use immediately to help your athlete or team to boost their sports confidence and game performance levels!

You will also receive FREE my "Mental Edge Mindmap;" an awesome tool to help you to understand and teach the mental game to your athlete or team!

I have worked with John for a while now and the topics that he discusses with players are important and John sees the challenges that these girls go through every weekend first hand.
As a parent your player will likely roll her eyes at you or tune out because she has heard it all (from you). John presents the information in a way that the athlete can understand and he does it with some accountability, I definitely recommend that you make the time to check this out.
Not to mention that he offering this first talk for free!

Is it dvd's and cd's? Do kids have dvd or cd players anymore. Was looking to send this as a gift, but I think sending a college student a dvd or cd would be an issue. He should put these online somewhere, like iTunes or something.

Awesome, thanks spazsdad. Went through the free stuff available on his site. Again when thinking of sending this to the kid, it seems a bit slow in pace. Do you think kids (College Frosh) would get use of this?
