Cancelled Palmdale Camp from June

Has anyone else had difficulty getting their $295 refund for the cancelled June 10-11, 2014 Palmdale, California Legit Softball Camp? Mr. Andrew Hefner with Legit (314-223-1500) assured all that the registration fees would be refunded by July 15 at the latest. He refuses to return my phone call and e-mails requesting the status of the refund.
