What's on your mind?

If you 23U dads are going to be at Butterfield this weekend (mornings), I'll be doing the field preps. Would enjoy meeting some bucketeers. (I'll be the oldest one - can't miss me  )

Figures my kid is going to miss this week, she's going to the river...I think there might be one more week there, but not sure if I can attend or not.
I had never been to Butterfield, you guys have a nice facility there and I did notice you keep the fields in great shape.
If I do come, I'll be the old guy sitting in the outfield wearing sandals with a horrible 15 year sock tan I am trying to get rid of.
Deserve's got nothin' to do with it.

I take this as a personal threat. (I'm overly sensitive) C U at about 945am. Then I will knock off that Molly dad.
Pale Rider is on my hit list and will give him something to drink about if he has the nerve to show up here in So Cal. :D

How's the battle going against the dreaded sock tan?

We went to last night's USA v. Venezuela game. Paid the general admission price as no one asked if we wanted to "upgrade" to better seats. Not knowing any better, sat in the "good seats' for the last of the Canada v. Taipei game and then was unceremoniously ousted to the lawn seats prior to the USA game. A great time, but $30 per seat for the whole family, especially for a little more than one game, is steep.

Which team? BP is about 5 minutes from my house. I'll be out there for a little while Saturday morning.

They certainly are a fun group players, hare. Your kid is an awesome player and person. Look forward to coaching these fine athletes every weekend, actually, they coach themselves, that is what I want them to do :D

Meeting Artomatic and DuboutDad was nothing like that silliness.

I do enjoy the smile it puts on my face to meet these Giants. Not just to put a face on the post, but to talk first hand, and hear about their dds and to get to see them play.
I am really enjoying this summer.

You say the nicest things, Hare. It was great meeting you as well.
