MO. baseball player killed by pitch

This was a freak accident, but is the 5th serious accident in baseball/softball that I know of, this week. This young man, Patrick Clegg, turned to get hit in the back, with the pitch, and the ball hit that area right below the helmet.

No way did the pitcher intentionally hit Patrick, but I think every coach should have to view these interviews before he ever allows his pitchers to throw at a batter.
