Once you get the label on the bat, then you can open the grip package. Have a towel in one hand to help slide DON'T PULL the grip over the knob. Make sure you keep an eye on the bat for the first hour or so to make sure it doesn't slide and shrink down from the knob. The rubber band keeps it in place but you need to watch it also. You are going to love it!

Next bat we'll go for a clear one.

The colored grips do take longer I think the drier the area the quicker the grip will set up. I put a blue grip on a bat and I checked it after 6 hours and it was good to go. You just have to remember when you first put it on to keep sliding the grip toward the knob.

That's awesome!! Let us know how your daughter likes her bat after the cages. We have found that the confidence in the players that use the grip has increased batting averages. The players are going up to bat with something in their hands that they feel gives them confidence. It does sound corny, but we have received emails from people saying just that. If a kid has a bat grip on his/her bat, they are going to fail because it is in their head. When they go to hit with a Tater Grip on their bat, they can concentrate on hitting and not worrying about the tape that is slipping on their bat all the time.

Good luck!

Got them the next day. Haven't tried them yet. Trying to come up with the right design.
