 Lightest cleat
Does anyone know who makes the lightest youth cleat (non-metal)? I'm guessing one of the Nike low cleats. Can anyone confirm?

 Re: Lightest cleat
My daughters have tried many different cleats and they say the lightest cleat they have worn and is still durable is the Nike "Air Diamond."

A organization in Houston believes in there kids wearing soccer cleats. They are much lighter than softball cleats.

Yep, Mizuno Watley's. Model # says something like GS or SS, and Super Lite. I think they were 9.6 oz which is the same, if not lighter than, soccer cleats. Great cleat, order true to size.
I don't know about youth, may just be adult sizes???

 Re: Lightest cleat
The Diamonds are just a tad heavier than the Watley/Finch. I never even thought to look at a soccer cleat. Are the differences enough to warrant looking into them? I'd probably experiment if I could find a comparable youth shoe that was less than 9oz in a woman's size.

 Re: Lightest cleat
The problem with a soccer cleat is no front teeth. You will slip on take off. nothing on front because you kick with them....
