Stoney Point vs Westwood....18 innings and it's still going

A game sure to be in the record books is still not completed.

Stony Point vs Westwood, Ashley Kirk vs Brittany Mack.

The games started at 7:30pm and was halted at 12 midnight. 18 innings 32 K's for Kirk, 36 K's for Mack, and huge defensive plays have made this a game to remember.

Both teams had chances to finish it but the D's came up strong and the pitching just kept getting better.

There must be less than 6 hits per side and walks are few and far between. Batting averages are taking a betting.The conclusion of this game will be Monday at 5:30 at Westwood.

Get this......reason for pushing it to Monday........both teams have games TODAY.....then Easter Weekend......plus the pitchers probably could use the rest for another 18 on Monday Starting at 5:30 gives them 6 and a half hours to get it done this time instead of the 4 and half they've already played.

We use ITB rule in our high school at the ninth inning and beyond
