I was in the 3rd base box and my batter was way behind on the pitch ... I said, " C'mon now, get the big end out front " ... she looked up at me and then stuck her butt toward the pitcher ...

This isn't a very good one-liner, just the one I used the most with my 8u rec team when they were in the field. "The ball always finds the girl that isn't expecting it!"

I hope I can retire that one some day

A few years ago my DD was playing in a tournament. Our team was up to bat, and the count was 0-2. The batter continued to foul off pitch after pitch. After about 5 more foul balls, the plate umpire holds up 2-2. The opposing team dugout started shouting. The plate umpire looks at his counter, consults both teams' scorekeepers. Then he shouts out to the field umpire, "Whatcha got out there?" And the field umpire replies back, "I got NO balls". Well, after that we didn't care what the count was, or who won the game...

I have said that at SEVERAL football / boys baseball and basketball games as well as @ Co-Ed Adult Slo-Pitch games - but never at any girls game!!!
