Great - from what I hear, K has taken big sister's number 1 this year, also from what I hear, she will be at SS or pitching, almost for sure it will be SS.

W, the key is learning how to reduce the size of the pictures. The best and cheapest tool I know of is Windows Picture Manager - you go to it (its a part of Windows XP), find the picture ( be sure and save a copy so you dont write over the original) - right click the picture, click the Open With ... button, and choose the Windows Picture Manager. let it pull up the picture , then up at the top under Tools - you find ReSize - as I recall, to post a picture here, the picture needs to be 640 x 480 or less, to create and use a picture for an avatar, its 100x100. Using Windows Picture Manager, after you make a change, whether Resize or whatever, be sure you save your changes.
