This shot is interesting because it illustrates the speed of the ball off the bat. Not only are the hitter's eyes still focused on the contact point (which is where they should be), the spectators have not had time to react, either. They, too, are still focused on the contact point. A picture's worth a thousand...well, you know the rest.

Maybe it's a slow pitch game and she's just way out in front of it ? :lol:
